How to Cancel an Order

This article explains the steps to cancel an order placed with MIKROE.


Instructions

  1. Contact Customer Service

    • Send an email to sales@mikroe.com or support@mikroe.com.
    • Use the subject line: Order Cancellation Request.
    • Include your order reference in the email.
  2. Conditions for Cancellation

    • An order can be canceled if:
      • it has not been invoiced
      • it has not been shipped
    • If the order has not been paid, you can cancel it directly through your MIKROE account.
