Guidelines for updating a dongle compiler license to a code license (PRO compilers).

Steps to Update Dongle License to Code License:

1. Eligibility:
   Yes, a dongle license can be updated to a code license. However, once updated, it cannot be switched back to a dongle license.

2. Cost:
   There is no additional cost for changing a dongle license to a code license.

3. Send Update Request:
   Email sales@mikroe.com to initiate the update.

   • Subject Line: Use UPDATING DONGLE TO A CODE LICENSE
   • Include: Your purchase details (email, full name, company name, order number, invoice number).

4. Destruction of Dongle Required:
   To receive the code license, you must destroy the dongle and provide proof of destruction.

5. Restrictions:
   The dongle license can only be updated for the same compiler version.
