How do I return a product?

Overview: If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days. Follow the steps below to initiate a return and obtain the necessary authorization.

Instructions:

  1. Return Eligibility

    • Ensure the product is in its original packaging and meets our return criteria. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Contact Support for a Return Authorization

    • To initiate the return, open a ticket at our Help Desk.
    • In your ticket, include the reason for returning the product. This information will help us process your request quickly.
  3. Provide Order Information

    • To assist us in locating your order in our system, please include your order number or purchase reference number when submitting your request.
  4. Receive a Return Authorization Number

    • After reviewing your request, our support team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA document). This RMA document is required to complete your return.
