Overview:
The CODEGRIP Remote Address is used to facilitate communication and device discovery for CODEGRIP devices located outside the local network. By specifying the remote IP address, users enable the CODEGRIP Suite to include these addresses during scans for available devices. Additionally, specific ports are utilized for Wi-Fi communication to ensure seamless connectivity and functionality.
Remote Address
The remote IP address is used to identify CODEGRIP devices located outside the local network.
- This address allows the CODEGRIP Suite to include the specified remote address when sending scan packets to locate available CODEGRIP devices.
- If the Remote Scan feature is disabled, these fields will no longer be available for configuration.
Communication Over Wi-Fi Interface
For communication via the Wi-Fi interface, CODEGRIP operates the following servers:
- TCP and UDP servers on port 49001
- TCP server on port 49002
