Overview

This article provides detailed instructions for activating and managing licenses for the CODEGRIP device. Certain features, such as the WiFi module functionality and SSL security, require licensing to unlock.

Licensing Process

1. Access the Licensing Menu

   • Open the CODEGRIP menu in the CODEGRIP Suite.
   • Select the License menu item.

2. Fill in Registration Information

   • Complete the user registration form.
   • Note: All fields are mandatory to proceed with the licensing process.

3. Add a Registration Code

   • Click the + button to open the dialog window.
   • Enter your registration code in the text field and click OK.
   • The registration code will now appear in the Registration Codes subsection.

4. Activate the Licenses

   • After adding a valid registration code, click the ACTIVATE LICENSES button.
   • A confirmation window will prompt you to reload the CODEGRIP configuration. Click OK to close this window.

5. Complete Activation

   • Ensure a USB link is established with the CODEGRIP device.
   • An active internet connection is required to complete the activation process.

6. Permanent Storage

   • Once the licensing process is successfully completed, the licenses will be permanently stored within the CODEGRIP device.

Licensing for Specific Features

• WiFi License

  • Visit: CODEGRIP WiFi License

• SSL Security License

  • Visit: CODEGRIP SSL License

Important Notes

• Each registration code is used to permanently unlock a feature within the CODEGRIP device.
• Once used, the registration code expires and cannot be reused. Repeated attempts to use the same code will result in an error message.
