Overview

This article explains how to configure CODEGRIP to work with PRO compilers by downgrading the firmware to version 1.3.0.

Instructions

1. Download CODEGRIP Suite Version 1.3.1

   • Download the installer from this link:
     CODEGRIP Suite Installer (v1.3.1)

2. Disable Internet Connection

   • Before starting the installation, disable your internet connection.
   • This ensures that the installer does not automatically download the latest firmware version.

3. Install CODEGRIP Suite 1.3.0

   • Follow the installation steps to install CODEGRIP Suite.

4. Update Firmware to Version 1.3.0

   • Open the installed CODEGRIP Suite.
   • Navigate to Help > Updates > CODEGRIP and perform the firmware upgrade.
   • This will update your programmer's firmware to version 1.3.0.

5. Replace the DLL in PRO Compiler

   • Download the codegrip-dll-core.rar from the provided link.
     Download DLL
   • Extract the DLL and copy it to the PRO compiler installation folder.
   • Replace the existing DLL in the folder.
